Suitable if you are buying a relatively new property with no previous issues; and just want some reassurance that all is okay.

What is Included?
With this level of report, I will describe the general condition of the property. Urgent defects that are visible will be highlighted and potential legal issues may also be identified. Typically, the lowest priced of the two levels of survey that I offer (minimum of 25 pages).
RICS Level 2 Survey
Comprehensive Report
This survey is the one chosen by most people; and is the best choice for most properties that appear in reasonable condition.

What is Included?
This is the most common report that residential homebuyers require. It gives a good level of detail for the property and the areas that may need some repair includes photographs. General repair advice is given.
